NICOLE VALENTINE, ESQ.
Nicole Valentine founded her NY based management consultancy, Synergy Business Development, Inc. in 2009, after seven years of advising Fortune 500 companies as a mergers and acquisitions lawyer. In 8 years, Synergy has advised 10,000+ entrepreneurs, business owners and leaders in the areas of business strategy, business architecture, partnerships and growth. Nicole is the tech founder of Winly, a business strategy app and platform for entrepreneurs and has been featured in Bloomberg/Business Week and American Express OPEN Forum. A certified MWBE in the State of New York, Synergy advises government agencies on capacity building and training initiatives focused on small business development.

Corporate training focuses on a workforce readiness, capacity building, and diversity & inclusion curriculum training.
DANIELLE DOUGLAS
Danielle Douglas is President of Inspire Enterprise, Inc. which began in 2007. As an engaging business advisor and facilitator, Danielle inspires leaders to learn new ideas and take positive action. Her business acumen serves as a foundation for leaders and organizations to expand their knowledge base and skills in key areas such as growth strategy, financial, marketing, and operations which address the real world issues and challenges of today’s business environment.
In addition, Danielle consults organizations in creating and executing strategies to successfully achieve the economic development goals of their community. She also provides expertise to organizations in the development, implementation, and facilitation of their capacity building programs for MWBE businesses. Moreover, she operates as a resource for organizations utilizing MWBE businesses for procurement opportunities by assisting in the outreach, recruitment, and monitoring to achieve their participation goals.
Danielle has had the opportunity to work with organizations such as Columbia University, Department of Small Business Services, New York City Economic Development Corporation, Small Business Development Center at York College, Port Authority of NY & NJ, and a host of other organizations to assist in the capacity building efforts of MWBEs.
