COMPLIANCE & REPORTING
We assist Prime Contractors and Government Agencies with achieving their MWBE and/or Workforce goals to stay in compliance with the provisions of New York State Executive Law Article 15-A, New York City’s Local Law 1 and 5 NYCRR Parts 140-145.
- Assisting Prime Contractors and bidders with developing a MWBE and/or Workforce Utilization Plan and implementing strategies to successfully achieve MWBE and/or Workforce utilization goals
- Assisting Prime Contractors with submitting periodic compliance reports relating to implementation of their utilization plan
- Identifying what measures and procedures the Prime Contractor can take to stay in compliance
- Assisting Government Agencies with meeting their participation goals for minority and women-owned businesses and/or workforce
- Assisting Government Agencies in the development and implementation of a Remedial Action Plan
- Conducting business and workforce participation tracking and reporting
